K-12 NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Welcome to the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District. We are so excited that you have decided to join our Titan family! The following registration information is for students who are new to the district.

Please note:

  • Students in grades 6th - 8th will attend Jacksonville Middle School.

  • Students in grades 9th-12th will attend Jacksonville High School.

  • Elementary students (grades K-5) must register for their zoned school. If you need to find out which school your child will attend or is zoned for - enter your home address into INFO FINDER.

Before you begin the online registration process, please make sure you have the necessary documents. It is extremely important that parents upload all of the necessary documents.

  1. Child's Birth Certificate

  2. Child's Social Security Card

  3. Proof of address (current water, gas, or electric bill, rental agreement, mortgage or closing papers)

  4. Child's up-to-date shot record

  5. Kindergarten Physical Form - required for all kindergarten students

You will be asked to create an account.  You must have an email address. If you do not have an email address, please sign up for a free account through Google or Yahoo.

This email address will be used for all registration purposes. There can only be one account per household.
