Hello JNPSD Summer School Families!
We are excited to have your scholars at our Jacksonville Elementary School building located at
2400 Linda Lane, Jacksonville, AR 72076 for summer school. Outlined below are the arrival and dismissal procedures.
Arrival Procedures :
● Car Riders - There is a gate that opens to the playground area and driveway that will serve as
the car rider line. The gate will open at 7:15 am. Monitors will open the building doors from
7:15 am to 7:30 am.
● Walkers - Walkers will enter with car riders by the playground at 7:15 am.
● Bus Riders - Buses will arrive at the back door of the big gym and enter at 7:15 a.m.
Dismissal Procedures:
● Car Riders - Car riders will be dismissed from the playground area at 11:30 a.m.
● Walkers - Walkers will be escorted to their designated area by staff at 11:30 a.m.
● Bus Riders - Buses will be dismissed from the big gym at 11:30 a.m.
Any scholar arriving late after 7:30 a.m. or being picked up after 11:40 a.m. will need to go to
the front office of JES to drop off/pick up their scholar. We are excited to see all of our scholars on Monday, June 6th to kick off our summer school program.
