The Elegant Ladies Club Incorporated, as part of its community action program, will award two (2) $525.00 scholarships to deserving high school seniors. The scholarships will be awarded on a competitive basis to African-American students who have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 (C) or better, demonstrate strong leadership ability, have good character, who are active in community service projects and are in need of financial assistance.
