The Jacksonville North Pulaski School District is proud to celebrate an exciting achievement for our district and Titan Family. JNPSD Superintendent Dr. Jeremy Owoh has been named the 2027 Arkansas Superintendent of the Year!
The announcement came as a surprise during the JNPSD School Board meeting, where Dr. Owoh was recognized for his outstanding leadership and dedication to public education.
Presented by the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators (AAEA), the Arkansas Superintendent of the Year award recognizes exceptional leadership, vision and commitment to scholars, staff and the communities served. As Arkansas' honoree, Dr. Owoh will also be considered for the National Superintendent of the Year award.
For nearly six years, Dr. Owoh has led JNPSD with a continued focus on equity, collaboration, academic achievement and continuous improvement. During his tenure, the district has worked to strengthen literacy, expand college and career pathways, provide greater opportunities for scholars and build meaningful partnerships throughout the Jacksonville and North Pulaski communities.
This statewide recognition not only celebrates Dr. Owoh's leadership but also highlights the work taking place each day throughout JNPSD. From our classrooms and campuses to departments across the district, our educators, staff, scholars, families and community partners continue working together to build brighter futures for every Titan.
Congratulations, Dr. Owoh, on being named the 2027 Arkansas Superintendent of the Year! The entire Titan Family is proud to celebrate this well-deserved honor with you.
Itâs a great day to be a Titan!
