JNPSD to Host Medicaid Application Event for Families

Jacksonville North Pulaski School District is committed to supporting our families both inside and outside the classroom. JNPSD will host a Medicaid Application Event on Thursday, September 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Pinewood Development Center, 1919 Northeastern Ave., Jacksonville, AR 72076.

District staff will be available with laptops to assist families with completing Arkansas Medicaid applications, uploading required documents, and answering questions throughout the application process.

Families planning to apply should be prepared to provide information for everyone included in the application. This may include Social Security numbers, birth dates, citizenship or immigration documents, income information, property and household expenses, and a driver's license or state-issued ID.

Transportation will be available for families who need assistance getting to the event. To schedule transportation, contact the District Office at 501-241-2080, ext. 1105, and ask for Teresa Hicks. If Mrs. Hicks is unavailable, contact Mr. Bobby Lester at 501-366-8117 to schedule a pick-up time.

Snacks and drinks will also be provided.
