Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Education Secretary Jacob Oliva visited Jacksonville Elementary on Tuesday, February 20 to celebrate the Accelerate's States Leading Recovery grant as one of the many ways AR is prioritizing literacy instruction and tutoring.
Arkansas is one of five states that received $1 million grant from Accelerate, a national nonprofit organization that advocates for making tutoring a standard feature within the school day.
