Dear Parents and Guardians,
The flu season is quickly approaching.
The Jacksonville North Pulaski School District is partnering with state health officials to provide the influenza vaccine to its scholars and employees.
Each JNPSD school will host a flu shot clinic during the month of October.

Consent forms will be sent home with in-person scholars. Parents who would like for their child to receive a flu vaccine should complete the form and return it to school.
Virtual scholars can receive their flu shots at the Jacksonville Health Department starting in October when the department receives its stock of the vaccine.
District employees can pick up a consent form at any of the above mentioned locations. Employees should bring their insurance card and consent form the day of the flu shot clinic.
