District leaders are asking all parents and guardians to complete a SNAP application regarding free and reduced lunch for your scholar.

Clarification: JNPSD will continue to provide free breakfast and free lunch to scholars this school year. However, in order to keep doing that for the next several years, we need all parents in the district to complete the SNAP application. It's optional but would help the district tremendously in ensuring that we continue providing free meals.
Also, this issue is separate from the EBT cards that are supposed to be mailed out before September. DHS will mail those cards to parents.
