Dear Senior Parents and Guardians,
The graduation season is upon us! JHS administrators would like to remind parents and graduates about the following events scheduled for this month:
Senior Breakfast ; Friday, May 12 at 9:00 am in the JHS cafeteria. Families must have filled out the form and purchased their tickets ahead of time.
Senior Prom ; Saturday, May 13 at 7:00 pm in the JHS cafeteria. Tickets are $25 for single and $40 for a couple. The deadline to purchase tickets is Thursday, May 11 at noon. Scholars can purchase tickets from Mrs. Mimms. Scholars who wish to bring a guest to prom must complete and return a permission slip. Click on the link to print the form. https://5il.co/1tvum
Senior Commitment Ceremony; Tuesday, May 16 at 10:00 am in the auditorium. (New Time)
Elementary Walk & Senior Parade ; Friday, May 19. Seniors will walk the hallways of JNPSD elementary schools on the morning of the 19th. Parents/guardians must fill out a permission slip because the event is considered a "field trip." Click on the link to print the form. https://5il.co/1tvv5 Deadline to return is May 18. Please note: Students who choose not to participate in the elementary walk should arrive at the football field for graduation rehearsal at 10:30 am on May 19. If you do not attend rehearsal, you do not participate in the graduation ceremony.
Class of 2023 JHS Graduation Ceremony; Saturday, May 20 at 9:00 am at Titan Stadium. Graduates are required to be in the JHS cafeteria by 8:15 am to get in line for the procession. If a graduate is not in the cafeteria on time, they will not take part in graduation.
