TRIO had an amazing day exploring Arkansas Baptist College with our Jacksonville middle school scholars! They toured the campus, learned about the rich history, and got a glimpse of the incredible educational and sports programs offered. Some even won cool buffalo gear! Last week was another amazing week for our musical scholars. Tuesday, November 12, our 6th grade choirs and Piano Lab (B) performed at multiple nursing homes and served the residents snacks afterwards. The giving continued on Friday, November 15 as our Advanced and Intermediate Choirs and Piano Lab (A) performed for additional nursing homes. Thank you for representing JMS in such an amazing way!

The Fine Arts Department was on fire this past week!
JMS had four sixth grade scholars participate in ArkMEA Honor Chorus on Thursday, November 7, 2024. They were joined by over 100 students from across the state and presented an amazing concert.
On Friday, November 8, JMS was represented by three amazing musical students at All Region. After a rigorous audition process, these students were selected to be part of All Region Clinic.
Good afternoon, JMS families. We have a newly formed PTO. We are known as the TFO (Titan Family Organization). Being new, we need your support. We're starting our membership drive from now until we break for Christmas. The dues are just $5 per family. All money raised goes toward activities for our scholars. Please be on the lookout for the membership form to be coming home by the end of this week. Please join by filling out the form and attaching $5, and have your scholar turn it in to his/her WIN teacher. Thank you for your support.
Hi families. We are approaching our Fall dance this Thursday, November 7th. It is from 5 to 7pm; and we'll have concessions. Your scholars will have a chance to purchase $5 tickets on Tuesday and Wednesday, during lunch; and at the door the night of. Thank you from the TFO.
