Parent/Teacher conferences will be held next Tuesday, November 16 from 4:15-7:15 pm. Parent/Teacher conferences will be face-to face at our new location: 2300 Linda Lane. All participants will be required to complete a COVID-19 screener and wear a mask. Thank you for all you do to make us GREAT!

The JMS first nine weeks Honor Roll Assembly will be this Thursday, October 28. 8th grade will be from 9:15 to 10:00AM. 7th grade will be from 1:30 to 2:15PM. 6th grade will be from 2:30 to 3:15PM. Please join us virtually through Facebook Live.

Tuesday 10.26: Disney Duo (If you don't want to wear a costume come in a Disneybound instead. That is when you wear the colors of a character to represent them instead of a full costume. An example is a purple top and green bottom for Ariel.)
Wednesday 10.27: Wacky Tacky (Mismatched clothing)
Thursday 10.28: Pink Out/Anything but a backpack (Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness and bring your stuff in anything but a backpack such as a suitcase, pillowcase, lunch box, crate, ice chest, etc.)
Friday 10.29: Red Ribbon “leave drugs on read” red out

Digital Jacksonville Community Night will be held Tuesday, October 19 at the Murrell Taylor Elementary School Library from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
Parents can learn about the instructional tools used by scholars in the classroom.


Simply Delicious will be closed Thursday, October 14 and Friday, October 15.

JHS AFJROTC cadets will host a blood drive on Monday, October 11 from 9-3 in the ROTC building behind the high school.


SPORTS UPDATE:
The 7th/8th grade football game scheduled for Thursday, October 7 against Sylvan Hills will start at 5:15 pm *not* 5:30 pm as originally planned.
The 9th grade game will follow at 7:00 pm.


Reminder: School nurses will be sending consent forms home with scholars who wish to get a flu shot. Parents need to sign and return the form to school. Thank you!


Linda Lane will be CLOSED the morning of Tuesday, October 5 and will reopen by Thursday, October 7, if not earlier. Drivers will NOT be able to enter Linda Lane from Madden Road but they will still be able to enter the Jacksonville Middle School campus via N. JP Wright Loop.
