Dear Jacksonville High School Parent/Guardian,
On Wednesday morning, October 13, your scholar can take the PSAT/NMSQT (Juniors) or the PSAT 10 (Sophomores). College Board will ONLY allow this test to be administered in person; students will have to report to campus to take this exam. The cost of the exam is $17.00 and must be paid in advance. The deadline to sign up is Friday, September 10, 2021.
This test measures knowledge and skills in reading, writing, language, and math. It focuses on what scholars have already learned in school and need to succeed in college. It also measures their reasoning and critical-thinking skills, which will be necessary through high school, college, and beyond.
If you would like your scholar to take this exam, please have your scholar respond to the google form by Friday, September 10, 2021. Completing this form will serve as your commitment to having your scholar ON CAMPUS on October 13, 2021, by 8:30 am.
