Senior portrait retakes will be held Monday, September 27 in the high school auditorium. Virtual and in-person scholars included. Please bring the $10 fee in cash with you to give to the photographer. Photos will be taken during English class. If you do not have an English class or it does not meet that day, you can come anytime before 2:00 pm.


Linda Lane will be closed the morning of Tuesday, October 5 and will reopen by Thursday, October 7, if not earlier.
Drivers will not be able to enter Linda Lane from Madden Road but they will still be able to enter the Jacksonville Middle School campus via N. JP Wright Loop. Please plan accordingly and spread the word!

JHS scholars will take the ACT on October 23, 2021 at 7:30 am at the high school. The last day to sign up for the ACT is October 1. Please see the counselors for a fee waiver which includes study materials. Any scholar in grades 11 and 12 can receive a fee waiver.

We're asking all JNPSD parents/guardians to complete the Digital Equity Survey by October 11. The survey collects information on student access to the internet and electronic devices used for schoolwork in the student’s home.

How to Schedule: Parent Teacher Conferences
To create an appointment, you’ll need to use a computer. Click on the teacher’s name to schedule an appointment. You will be taken to their calendar to see open appointment slots. Appointments are seven minutes.
Navigate to 9/14 and select an appointment time you would like to take. You will need a Google account to schedule an appointment.
Appointments will save in your Google Calendar. Student accounts can also be used to schedule appointments. **If you would like the teacher to hold a phone conference with you, please indicate such in the description section of the appointment with your telephone number**
Need assistance? You can also email the teachers to request time or assistance. There will be an open google meet link for each grade for you to video chat with someone on the night of Parent/Teacher Conferences.

The JNPSD Curriculum Team will host a Community Information Night on Thursday, September 9 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. The team will share an overview of the current curriculum and its vision for teaching and learning. This event is virtual, not in person. A zoom link will be posted to the district website and social media on September 8.

The 7th and 8th grade volleyball games scheduled today vs. Sheridan have been CANCELLED.
The 9th grade will still play but the game has been moved to Jacksonville High School, starting at 4:30 pm.
