SPORTS UPDATE: The varsity boys basketball team will play Maumelle tonight (3/5) in the consolation game of the 5A Central Tournament. Game starts at 6:00 pm at Maumelle High School. Due to limited seating -- vouchers will ONLY be given to the team's family members. One voucher gives you the ability to purchase a ticket at the gate.

Tuesday, March 9th and Wednesday, March 10th, all 9th and 10th grade scholars will REPORT TO CAMPUS to take the Spring NWEA MAP test. This test is MANDATORY. Please have your scholar bring their Chromebook, fully charged
If you have a virtual scholar, please bring your scholar to campus by 8:20 am on Tuesday and Wednesday at Titan Circle. Virtual students can be picked up from Titan Circle at 11:15 am. Titan Circle can be accessed via School Drive, please enter the gate located closest to the football field.

Tuesday, March 2nd will be ACT testing for JHS Junior scholars. The ACT exam is paid for by the state, and will be taken by all Juniors, regardless of whether they are onsite scholars, virtual scholars, or ALE/HUB scholars. Scholars must have their Chromebooks CHARGED. Testing will begin promptly at 8:30 AM, scholars will not be allowed admission to the test following this time.

Tuesday, March 2nd will be ACT testing for JHS Junior scholars. The ACT exam is paid for by the state. Scholars will be allowed to leave following testing if they present a permission slip signed by a parent/guardian. Forms will be distributed in English classes on February 25th.

We will resume our normal operations on Tuesday (2/23) On-site scholars will report to campus and virtual scholars will follow their normal routine.
All JNPSD schools will reopen on Tuesday, February 23rd. Scholars need to bring their Chromebooks and chargers to school. Virtual meals will not be delivered on Tuesday. Some school buses will experience a 10-15 minute delay. Scholars impacted by the bus delays will receive a notification from the JNP Transportation Department.
Due to hazardous road conditions in some areas, all JNPSD schools will be closed to onsite instruction on Monday, February 22nd. It will be considered a "virtual learning day" for all scholars. On Monday, students will log in to Google Classroom to complete their daily assignments. Teachers will be available to offer assistance through email, Google Meet, Class Dojo and other district-related digital platforms. Virtual elementary scholars will not follow their normal schedule but will follow the same protocol as all scholars. Meals for virtual students not be delivered. Parents will receive updates through phone calls, text messages and emails. Parents can also check for updates on the district’s website, www.jnpsd.org as well as social media.
Monday, February 22nd will be a regular instructional day. Onsite scholars will report to campus and virtual scholars will log in to live classes during their regularly scheduled time. It will not be a "Virtual Monday." Virtual Mondays will resume on Monday, March 1st.
