September 20 is National Voter Registration Day.
Jacksonville High School earned high marks today for helpings its 17 and 18-year-old scholars register to vote.
A person must be registered to vote by October 10, 2022 to vote in the upcoming November election.
Registering to vote is just the beginning of the process. Scholars were reminded to educate themselves on the issues that affect them and then go out and vote.
