The games and Meals are as follows: 7th Grade Mondays at JMS Junior Varsity Mondays at JHS 8th Grade Thursdays at JMS 9th Grade Thursdays at JHS Varsity Fridays: (2) Pregame meal & OR Post Game. ( Post game meal: simple grab and go. Sandwiches are great.)
Meals For varsity players: (greasy foods such as pizza doesn't digest well before playing.)
