JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — Jacksonville North Pulaski School District is inviting students to audition for two of its premier performance groups at Jacksonville High School: the J-Titanettes Majorette Dance Team and the Titan Silks Flagline.
Tryout activities will begin with clinics designed to help participants prepare for auditions.
The J-Titanettes Majorette Dance Team clinic is scheduled for May 4–6 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Titans Football Stadium. Official tryouts will take place May 8 beginning at 4:30 p.m. and will continue until completed.
The Titan Silks Flagline clinic will be held May 11–13 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., also at Titans Football Stadium. Tryouts are set for May 15 at 4:30 p.m. and will continue until finished.
Participants are expected to wear black leggings, a solid white T-shirt, and cheer or dance shoes each day. Hair should be neatly styled and worn down, and light makeup with red lipstick is required.
All participants must have a current physical on file prior to tryouts.
